Sample shipping
Taking part in the Latin American Kombucha Cup also means handling the shipping of your samples correctly. That is why we provide participants with specific instructions to guide and simplify the process.
Before shipping your samples, read the instructions in your language and follow them carefully.

An international network to make taking part easier
The Latin American Kombucha Cup receives samples from producers in many countries and regions. To make taking part easier, for each edition we build an international network of Reception Centers and Official Ambassadors who help receive, consolidate and transport samples to the competition venue.
This network may change from one edition to the next, adding countries, regions and collaborators according to where participants are and the logistical needs of each call.
Our aim is to bring the competition closer to producers and, as far as possible, offer alternatives that make it easier to get their products to the evaluation venue.

Logistics information for each edition
Reception Centers, Official Ambassadors, dates, specific instructions and all other logistics information for each edition are announced through the official channels of the Latin American Kombucha Cup.
We recommend checking our official social media before preparing and shipping your samples, to get the information for the current edition

Our commitment to producers
We know that taking part in an international competition can bring logistical challenges, especially when samples must travel from different countries and regions.
That is why, for every edition, we work on alternatives that make international participation easier: Reception Centers, Official Ambassadors and collaboration networks that bring samples closer to the competition.
The organization does not cover transport costs or take responsibility for transport, but we do work to find ways to improve access and reduce, as far as possible, the logistical barriers a producer may face.

An international competition, connected with producers all over the world
