Jury philosophy
The Latin American Kombucha Cup brings together an international panel of judges selected for their training, professional experience and knowledge of kombucha and sensory evaluation.
Each sample is evaluated by professionals able to understand its raw materials, fermentation processes, technical characteristics and sensory expression.
Specialized evaluation
The evaluation combines technical and sensory criteria specific to kombucha with score sheets and tools developed for the category

Judges with training and experience in evaluation
Knowledge of the category
Professionals with proven experience in the characteristics, processes and diversity of kombucha

Samples without producer identification, defined criteria and tools designed to produce consistent evaluations

The Latin American Kombucha Cup comes from an international track record in fermentation, sensory evaluation and the development of methodologies for fermented beverages, led by Patagonian Yeast.
