The CLK works with its own methodology, built on more than ten years of experience in fermentation, sensory evaluation and the development of fermented beverage competitions. Our system combines score sheets, evaluation guides and a specialized selection of professional judges, aiming to deliver consistent, rigorous processes that matter for the evolution of the industry.
